These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Viewd.me. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Viewd.me. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of Viewd.me, you agree to:

• Maintain appropriate content standards and not post or promote nudity, violence, or sexually explicit material.
• Comply with all applicable laws and respect third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Provide accurate information and not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the platform as intended and not attempt to circumvent our systems, abuse escrow, or commit fraud.
• Maintain the security of your account and promptly report any unauthorized access.
• Engage in fair and honest business practices when buying or selling promotions.

3. Listings and Promotions

• Only vetted sellers can list promotional services.
• Listings must be truthful and accurate.
• Promotions must be posted as agreed and verified before payment is released.
• Sellers are responsible for maintaining posts for the full duration.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:
- The promotion was not posted at all, or
- The promotion was taken down before completing a full 24-hour period.

No refunds are granted for:
- Late or underperforming posts that were properly published and remained live for 24 hours.
- Buyer regret or engagement-related dissatisfaction.

5. Payments and Fees

• All payments are processed via Stripe.
• Viewd.me charges a service fee or markup per transaction.
• Funds are held in escrow and released to the seller only after promotional content is verified.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, post banned content, or attempt to defraud the system.

7. Intellectual Property

All Viewd.me branding, logos, content, and technology are the property of Farran Ventures, LLC. Users may not reproduce or reuse any part of the platform without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Viewd.me and Farran Ventures, LLC are not liable for:
• Any indirect or consequential damages.
• Failed or underperforming promotions.
• Issues arising from third-party services or external platforms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in the appropriate local jurisdiction or through binding arbitration if applicable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through the app.
